Part early Cure, part
Bauhaus, I wrote these painfully gloom and doom lyrics
almost 20 years ago. Feel me cringe with you today....
Contains a drum sample from the Tea Party's "Temptation". |

More 20 year old lyrics.
I wrote these around 1985, using a cheesy Casio piano,
an old Boss delay pedal, and a Fostex 4 track recorder.
It was originally called "Functionary". But
of course, the new German title gives it much more industrial
cred. (or least the illusion of it)

of the Apocalypse |

I can't seem to escape
the influence of Francis Ford Coppola's opus. This goth/dance
song was created with a cheap Kawai keyboard and Fostex
8-track. The baseline was played manually. The confounded
thing was unprogrammable. So, are YOU an assassin? |

An instrumental dance
song for the goth/alt club crowd. Note the "Mommy
Dearest" sound byte. |

This
is an ethereal song in the Cocteau
Twins vein. It's based on a short ghost story by Noelle
Russell.

Ambient |
One
of my earliest PC-based (instrumental) recordings, inspired
by Elisabeth Fraser. This is another ethereal homage to
the Cocteau
Twins.

Yes.
Believe it or not, men can feel objectified and used too.

One
of the few songs written during my brief love affair with
Korg's MS2000 analog modeler synth: another spacey instrumental
inspired by Stanley Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey".

This is an instrumental
mash-up and tribute to one of my favorite Buffalo, NY-based
bands, OUI73. Though now defunct, they live on here in
cyberspace. |

My first foray into
the world of remixing (other artists' material). I added
a bit of "ominousness" to this already brilliant
track by Observe
and Control, a great EBM band out of Tel Aviv, Israel.
